System Transformation: Person-Centered Organizations

This one day seminar is geared toward managers/administrators interested in aligning and/or transforming the current system of care into a person-centered organization. Here participants will explore the parallel between person-centered practice and using the transformational process of Appreciative Inquiry and/or Appreciative Leadership as the framework for promoting sustainable organizational change efforts.

Framework for Planning

Day One workshop provides a hands-on learning experience to learn and be able to implement A Framework for Planning (Blessing and Ferrell) planning approach to person-centered practice. Optional Day Two teaches participants core principles behind facilitating the Framework and other person-centered planning processes in a combination theory and practice format.

Survey Seminar in Orientation to Person-Centered Planning
